With over 10 years in the business A&D Machine provides affordable, high quality CNC machining and milling services for a wide variety of industries including the construction, automotive, and off-road equipment industries. We can help with one part of the design process, but we also can do the work for you, taking your idea from concept to completion with rapid and efficient prototyping and precise CNC machining for any metal type. We operate in a state of the art facility using U.S. built machinery including lathes and machining centers that are specially designed to reduce operations time and costs. We also employ a staff that has more than 30 combined years of precision machining experience, including training in current ISO practices and standards.

			Our skilled machinists utilize the latest version of FeatureCAM, a state of the art engineering software suite developed by CAD/CAM. This software package actually combines cutting edge technology with reduced down-time to increase productivity and decrease costs. FeatureCAM further automates much of the mass CNC machining process and also minimizes programming times for parts on mills, lathes and wire EDM – all contributing to reduced costs. We presently use a wide array of CNC machines, but primarily do our machining work with the: SK-21LMS CNC Lathe and the VX-650 Vertical Machining Center.
